13^th Floor St James Hall adopted The NSW Bar Association’s Best Practice Guidelines in 2023.  Some amendments have been made to the guidelines to ensure they respond to our specific structure and processes.  Our adoption of these guidelines, as amended, demonstrates our commitment to ensuring respect and safety in the workplace.
