Linton was called to the New South Wales Bar in 2015.

Linton practises primarily in family, succession, criminal and general commercial law.  He appears regularly in all state courts of general jurisdiction, the NCAT, the Federal Circuit Court and the Family Court of Australia.

Linton holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.  He serves as a member of the NSW Bar Association’s Family Law Committee.  He has authored LexisNexis’s online service “Practical Guidance – NSW Local Court”.
