Andrew was called to the bar in 2025, having been admitted as a solicitor in 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (hons) from Macquarie University, and was also awarded a Vice Chancelor’s Citation and a Dean’s Award for his contribution to student learning.

Andrew specialises in public and administrative law, and has acted and appeared for numerous New South Wales and Commonwealth government entities across all State and Federal Courts and Tribunals.

Before coming to the bar, Andrew was a Solicitor Advocate at the Crown Solicitor’s Office of New South Wales. Prior to that time, he was a solicitor at Sparke Helmore Lawyers, where he acted for various Commonwealth clients. He also served as the associate to the honourable Judge Sylvia Emmett AC.

Andrew holds a clearance from the Australian Government Security and Vetting Agency. He is also a veteran, having served in Timor Leste.
