Sarah is an experienced human rights lawyer who acts in a broad range of economic, social and cultural rights litigation. Sarah is notable at the Bar for specialising in employment, discrimination, WHS and industrial law. Sarah has particular expertise in intersectional employment litigation across the fields of corporate and commercial law, regulatory prosecutions, health law and public law.
Sarah acts for a broad range of government and private clients across a variety of industries including information technology, entertainment, retail, construction, financial services, defence, health, education, environmental agencies, manufacturing and NGO’s.
Sarah recently completed a course in International Human Rights Law at the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights at the University of Oxford.
Prior to being called to the Bar, Sarah worked as a solicitor for eight years in Sydney and London. When she was called to the Bar in 2018, Sarah read with her Honour Justice Elizabeth Raper, and Simeon Beckett SC.
