Linton Teoh

Linton Teoh was called to the NSW Bar in 2015. He previously gained experience working at a community legal centre in a wide range of criminal and civil areas. Since coming to the Bar, Linton has developed a particular focus on commercial law, professional negligence, equity and succession law. He also accepts briefs in some criminal matters. He has appeared in a variety of matters in the Local Court, District Court and Supreme Court (including the Court of Appeal).

Linton holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney. He participates in the activities of New South Wales Young Lawyers, having previously served as submissions co-coordinator of the Human Rights Committee and currently being a member of its Civil Litigation Committee; and is a member of the New South Wales Bar Associations New Barristers and Human Rights committees.
