Elisa Tringali

 

ElisaElisa Tringali was called to the New South Wales Bar in 2014. She has worked in litigation and dispute resolution for 14 years, including in private practice at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Herbert Smith Freehills, McCabes and Bartier Perry. Elisa was admitted as a solicitor in 2007 and prior to this also worked as a Legal Policy Officer for the NSW Roads and Maritime Services.

Elisa accepts briefs in all areas of law with a focus on commercial and equity matters; administrative law; planning and environmental law; medical negligence and health law; and energy and resources law.

She has appeared in all major courts and tribunals in New South Wales as well as the Medical Council of New South Wales, the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse and the Court of Criminal Appeal. Elisa holds a Master of Law and Legal Practice degree from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Medical Science degree from the University of Sydney.

Elisa is a member of the NSW Bar Association; the briefing panel of the Health Care Complaints Commission; Australian Insurance Law Association; Environmental Institute of Australia and New Zealand Inc.; Environment and Planning Law Association NSW; National Association of Women in Construction; the private briefing panel of the Office of Director of Public Prosecutions; United Nations Association of Australia; and NSW Young Lawyers Animal Law Committee. She has also taught Administrative Law at Macquarie University.

She accepts direct briefs from in house legal counsel and involving interstate and overseas travel.
