Recent publications on indigenous issues by Phillips and Lane

Susan Phillips has recently authored a chapter in the 5th Edition of The Environmental Law Handbook published in late 2011 by Redfern Legal Centre Publishing. Chapter 20, entitled “Aboriginal Land and Heritage in NSW”, is a continuation of Susan’s long commitment to the legal issues relating to our indigenous people. Susan continues to be a author of chapters 4 and 5 of the Native Title Service, published by LexisNexis Butterworths concerning practice and procedure of the Federal Court in the deciding of native title claims, which is the main focus of her current practice.

Chapple publishes new Equity and Trusts text

Another author is added to the floor by the publication of a new text, Palgrave Law Principles and Practice Series: Equity and Trusts (Palgrave Macmillan 2011), by co-author and barrister of 13 St James Hall, Simon Chapple. Simon is presently a lecturer in law at Macquarie University, having previously lectured at both the University of Western Sydney and the University of New South Wales.
