Elisa Tringali was called to the New South Wales Bar in 2014.
Prior to this, Elisa was a litigation solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills, McCabes and Bartier Perry, specialising in commercial litigation and insurance litigation. She also worked for Corrs Chambers Westgarth (in the Planning and Environmental Practice Group) being seconded as a Legal Policy Officer for the New South Wales Roads and Maritime Services and briefly as a paralegal. Elisa’s professional experience in litigation spans approximately 16 years.
Elisa advises and appears in a broad range of disputes including health and clinical negligence matters, planning and environmental, public law (including administrative law) as well as commercial litigation.
She has appeared in all major courts and tribunals in New South Wales as well as the Medical Council of New South Wales, the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse and the Court of Criminal Appeal.
Elisa holds a Master of Law and Legal Practice degree from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Medical Science degree from the University of Sydney.
